How to Build Self Confidence: Trick Yourself and Make Other People Believe

from:

Whether we want it or not, we often consult other people's beliefs in order for us to believe as well. It is because we are a circle living in a larger circle of opinionated people who, would either push us up or bring us done.

If we would always believe what other people would tell us then we are sure to lead our way to perdition. It is seldom now seen that people we are interacting with have the purest intentions for us. But this of course does not negate the fact that many are still anxious of our welfare.

Well, our point is for you to be a bit more conscious of what to listen to and what not to listen to.

However in building your self-confidence, you can use this basic rule, that is- to make other people believe in what you show and tell them.

You can apply the principle of projection in starting with the build up of your self-confidence.

Some people seem to have been born with a confidence that let them face the world. They walk smart and they talk eloquently and they seem to have the conviction that they are the self-made men. And we, the audience look at them with complete awe and envy and say, "why can't we be like one of them"?

The truth is, they are good in projecting themselves. They are conscious of their bearing because after all, this is the aspect that we see.

You can be like them, who said you cant?

Self-confidence is not an innate apart of us. It must be cultivated and must be developed, otherwise it would be eroded by a number of reasons, both seen and unseen.

Self-confidence is a trait we all have to learn. It is not encoded in our genetical make-up that one must have low self-confident and another must be blessed with high confidence. Chances are equal for all of us to grab, that is if we truly are ready to grab the chances offered to us.

Like most of human behaviors, the manner by which we project self-confidence and the fruits that it bears are learned over time. Additionally, it would always show patterns of development.

It is expected that on your beginning, you might have a shaky faith in yourself and might even want to leave the whole thing and be "comfortable" with the way things are. When you feel a bot hesitant or uncertain of your course, the one thing that you would want to do is to assume the state of self-confidence. Suppose that you are already the confident person you are and constantly give yourself this impression.

This might take time so don't expect that you'll grow confident overnight. You will even have to use much of your will power and do some talking with yourself to be able to get through with the first juncture- the preparation phase which by the way is the most difficult stage towards building self confidence.

You will then begin to make other people believe that you are the confident person you are projecting and in time, you will learn to make yourself believe that you truly are positive with yourself. It's like a trick, yes. This habit, after all, does the "trick".
